%X Third Millennium begins with a paradox: from one side there is the apex of technology development and demographic expansion, resulting in a bigger demand of physical space and natural resources to support the progress; from the other side, there is the necessity of protect the cited spaces and natural resources from human actions. For these actions dont provoke itself extinguish. Geotechnology appear like very effective tools to execute control urban and Environment planning. In this context, this work searched development a methodology to analysis of human occupation relationship to Permanent Preservation ares (APP) on study areas, João Leite river basin, locate at Goiânia city. To delimit the APPs was utilized the Digital Basic Urban Maps (MUBDG) cartographic base its owner is Goiânia Government on scale 1:5,000, elaborated for the Citys Planning Secretary, to analysis about grounds use and occupation was utilized ortophoto on scale 1:5,000, obtained by city hall throw aerophotogrammetry survey in 2006. The studies identify the areas in conflict, where the human occupation is in disagreement with norms specified in the effective Environment legislation. According to study result about 15,96% of PPAs are along of water course and 1,38% are mount and mountain roofs. The obtained results demonstrated that 62,3% of PPAs areas is in disagreement with the environmental legislation.
